AdSense Earnings Down? By Jason Lee Miller - Thu, 01/31/2008 - 3:59pm. Read more...
Appears that way for some
There's word around the Webmaster World forum that publishers have been experiencing a sharp decline in AdSense earnings over the past month. There's been little consensus, lots of possible explanations, but nothing you might call conclusive.
A small poll at Search Engine Roundtable (43 participants as of this writing) shows just over half reporting a decrease in AdSense earnings, the other half reporting that things are on the level or increasing.
It's hard to say that's a representative sample with just 40 respondents, but it does match a bit with the reports at Webmaster World: some are losing, some aren't.

KSJ Tracker is a service for science journalists, created and funded by the Knight Science Journalism Fellowship Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and launched in May 2006. We believe that if science reporters and editors have convenient and timely access to the work of peers across the country, they can better evaluate and improve their own performance.
Our goal is to provide a broad sampling of the past day’s science news and, where possible, of news releases or other news tips related to publication of science news in the general circulation news media, mainly of the U.S. Our goal is to have a new batch of posts up each day of the work week by 1 pm Eastern time.

World press tracker - Emergencies -AlertNet has teamed up with Factiva a joint Reuters and Dow Jones company with a database of more than 10 000 media sources from around the planet. We've narrowed the Factiva pool down to 108 English-language print publications from Europe North and Latin America Africa the Middle East and Asia. See the full list.
Our system analyses relevant articles from these sources and decides whether they are about any of the 80 or so global emergencies AlertNet tracks at a given time. Emergencies are ranked according to the number of press mentions they get.
The system also trawls the sources for mentions of aid organisations and ranks them by the number of citations.
